I live in Canada; I had a very hard time the first two days to figure out that the number I was given was for USA and I needed another number for Canada.

Comments on coach

The coach was very friendly and considerate of my circumstances of having to come and go. He offered valuable information many times and the most useful thing was the blog he created. It was very helpful. He was also very responsive to my emails and on time for the sessions. However, I think the time of the sessions was very short and that it needs to be more than 30 min. and that not much information other than what is on the blog was included in the sessions.

Sometimes it is frustrating to not be able to reach the Hotline when I so desperately need someone.  Patti gives instructions rather quickly, and sometimes I feel a little intimidated, however, I think she realizes I am trying very hard to understand the MULTITUDE of information being given to me.  With mutual teamwork this can be a very rewarding and profitable experience.  I am striving to learn everything I can to be very productive.  Thank you.

I can not say enough about the coach hotline, they are so helpful. My coach is awesome. The materials for the program are more than I expected to get and help me very much in my daily work. I get up on Monday mornings and look forward to my coaching session. That is something I never did when I was working a public job. seems like a good program that will work if you put the time into it. Coaches seem very educated on the process and are very up to date on the info. One suggestion I have would be is making the session a little bit longer this might help the student in many ways. For instance, a student may have a question and might get to busy in the lesson and totally forget it. Now if the lesson was a little bit longer something might spark the question and the student would remember to ask it.

I have gotten a lot of good information from the Webinars.  Please look into making the bottom of the screen lighter when you are using text or anything else on the entire screen.

I have also tried to mail him back but it does not go through when I talked to Jon Monday he said he was having trouble with his Email. My wife and I started your program two plus months ago, and I need to let you know that my first experience was the worst experience that I have had in a long time.  The lack of professionalism and customer service was the absolute worst.  We had thought about dropping out of the program, due to the lack of your customer service.  I lost confidence in your support team, frustrated but yet knowing that this program had a very redeemable result.  I left my emotions behind and decided to let you have a second chance.  I know that your program has great value.  Last night I met Brad over the phone, now I know that my decision to stay was the best decision that I could have made.  He is an outstanding coach, with compassion, caring and my results in mind.  Thank you Brad for you diligence to help us understand.  Now we can move forward with your help.

I enjoyed my sessions with Matthew, and they were very informative for the most part. I did learn a lot, and the syllabus he sent me was extremely helpful, but I would have liked a little more pointed assignment to do between sessions. I also feel that the few sessions that I had with him were not enough, as it seemed to me that we really were just starting to connect in the last couple of sessions. I also think it would be helpful (for me anyway) to have once a month sessions for the remainder of the six month program following the initial ones for follow-up to see how I am doing, and also refinement of my strategies . It was a lot of money for just the six sessions, although I am making phone calls now, sending out letters, and I am on my way to that first deal.

Doug is a good coach, and does his best with me.  I think it must be natural to be a little confused at this point.  I have been introduced to so many websites, that I get them all mixed up, and I am master of none.  I wish there was a simplified outline of each one, and the step by step process for going to each one in order, to look up whatever each one is to provide, and for each one, what to click on (a crib sheet for beginners), to help sort out the confusion.  It would be a nice short cut to follow until it becomes 2nd nature.  Doug gives of himself unstintingly, and is kind and helpful.  His assignments are usually clear, but I am not.  I think it is the learning curve.  I wish we had a bit more time, since when he calls, I have many questions to get answered, and he has an agenda of information to transmit, as well.  He is a good coach.
